MP Lighting was founded in 1994 and is a Canadian based, owned, and operated company with its headquarters in Vancouver Canada. The company started with the design of two ceiling mount fixtures and one of the very first Cable Systems in Canada. The demand for this unique style of lighting was so popular that the line eventually expanded to include a Single and Double Rail system that could be curved to different radiuses. It was at this time that the company really started to evolve.

Today MP Lighting's portfolio has expanded to include 6 different low voltage rail, cable and pendant systems, decorative fluorescent glass, pendants, wall sconces and table lamps as well as state of the art indoor and outdoor LED fixtures for commercial and residential use.

MP Lighting employs about 50 personnel at its 30,000 sq/ft Vancouver facility and markets its products to engineers, architects and interior designers throughout every major city in North America.

The key to MP Lighting's strength and success can be attributed to both the in house design team, that continuously designs innovative, unique and architecturally pleasing products and the employees that produce and market these quality products.
